They're amazing and easy to want to use, plus after about 8 days of use I started to have notice my energy level go up and even brain fog improved 😀. I'm still feeling gassy but only taking half of them each day doesn't work for me ( like they're supposed to). I bought them thinking I would take them when I go on long trips because I'm gone usually for a month at a time visiting grandchildren in Copenhagen, but now I am questioning if I want to risk a loose belly and gassy days while I am not in the comfort of my own home. I'm still hoping for a change so that I don't have to take bulky bottles of vitamins with me everywhere that I usually don't even take.

I will say the only downside is I recently had a pack that had only 7/8 gummies, but it doesn't bother me much, mistakes happen. At first it took me a few days to get used to the taste because most gummies are inherently sweet compared to Grüns, but I like this change because I know I'm actually getting good stuff from these! I've noticed I'm less bloated and overall feeling more balanced as well. The price is worth it because several different gummies can add up compared to one singular multivitamin.

The consistency isn't squishy but isn't hard. They have a different taste, but it's a good one, not too sweet but not bland. I really enjoyed these. I wasn't about to afford them anymore without having the 40% off price, but if I could afford them I would get the subscription permanently.
