I definitely noticed an improvement in metabolism and digestion. I've been eating them sometimes once a day and sometimes every other day and still having some small results already after a couple weeks.

It can have heart health consequences and potential for kidney disease. So please send the ingredients to your Primary Care Physician before taking.
