Not because I don't want to be healthy, but largely because I really hate swallowing supplements, and I struggle with it. I feel steadier throughout the day — no big crashes — and my digestion feels more balanced overall. They’re easy to take and have fit seamlessly into my routine with a protein shake or breakfast before teaching.
