Delicious and not too sweet. The texture is amazing. Toothy and fun to chomp not at all squishy and gooey. Im grossed out by typical soft chew vitamin gummy things but these are so not that vibe. Ten out of ten.

I am having surgery in one week. I am getting a hernia taking care of. They have stopped me from taking my Monjouro shot and a couple of other meds.
