They make it so easy to just grab and go, i can grab a handful to just take with me to work for the week or keep some in my vehicle. That way i get busy and forget to take a pack i just have some stored someplace for easy grabbing. The flavors are really good also. Lastly, i'll take a pack once a day to help if i have a sweet tooth but dont want to eat candy.

These did the trick! They are more tart than the regular ones, but still taste good. I feel that I have more energy when I take Gruns, as well as have stronger nails, clearer skin, and healthier hair. My nails had been very weak and thin after using glue-on nails, and they have improved greatly and unexpectedly in the past couple of months.

The sugar -free ones were a hard pass for me as I could not get by smell of them and the slimy texture . I tried those first and almost gave up on Gruns .... but thankfully I tried the low sugar !!
