My energy levels have not been plummeting, I’ve been staying fuller longer, and I’m noticing my energy levels and also my focus has improved a lot! Gummies and these are far better and keep me feeling my best and I’m noticing changes daily for my own health!

My fingernails have improved, I have Raynauds so the blood vessels to my fingers usually don’t allow for very healthy fingernails. Now they are much stronger. I struggle with digestive issues and maintaining regularity is crucial to me. The results speak for themselves and absolutely cannot be due to coincidence. I think any differences I experience due to the vitamins, adaptogens and mushrooms may take more time, as I already had been taking supplements for all of those things.
