My only issue is the iron (I'm guessing) or something else in the formula is staining my teeth, and my teeth especially where the gum has recessed, a dark color and I constantly having to bleach them due to the grins gummies.

I don't love that some packages are stickier and have more “gel” with them. But it's still not bad. I'd just like them to be more consistent for the price. I'd recommend them.

My digestive tract feels much better with gruns and because they aren't traditional pills, I don't mind taking them as much. I also love the daily notifications that I get to remind me to take them.
