[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these for 5 days. I noticed after about 3 days that I was gassy and bloated. I felt like I had a big bubble in my stomach. Then the diarrhea started. No colonoscopy prep has ever had an effect like the Grüns did. I was essentially stuck in the bathroom for 2 days. I stopped eating Grüns and it all cleared up within a couple of days. It certainly wasn't what I expected and I'm glad I only bought 30 days of them because they belong in the trash.

It's easy to travel with this product as I am on the road all the time so I just take the number of packets needed! My last blood tests were good and it improved my vitamin D levels and has helped a bit with making me more regular.

I decided to test this product out as it checked a lot of the boxes for me. Only have been using it for a week so far, but I like the taste, and feel like it's working.
