With all that said, really enjoying the extra energy they provide and less and less brain fog since starting.

I am not a big fan of a lot of vegetables so the greens in them is helping me get my servings in and I have noticed a difference in my skin and overall health. We travel often and I was previously using a greens powder which was great however totally not convenient.
