Since I took my first pack I felt great, every day I have a movement and my stomach doesn’t hurt anymore. Thanks Gruns for making a great product.

Right in the first day of eating my first gruns, I felt something shift. I felt healthier, less of a sweet tooth appetite, and I'd like to say more energetic. Let's face it, at 68, I'm not all that energetic but I felt myself picking up the pace when I walked, getting outside more, and eating healthier, making healthier choices.I believe gruns absolutely has helped in that so that is why I take them. Once in the morning, and then if I'm feeling sweet challenged, I'll eat another bag of goodness, defeating the sweetness monster, feeling great!

I am having surgery in one week. I am getting a hernia taking care of. They have stopped me from taking my Monjouro shot and a couple of other meds. Is it safe to continue eating these gummies or should I wait until I am done with surgery?

When I stopped the gummies the smell dissappeared. Then I started up again 3 weeks later and the smell returned. My pillow card even smelled like it.. gross.. I'm sorry but I can no longer use this product. Can I return what's left for a refund?
