I have Crohns so wasn’t sure how I’d tolerate it, but it’s been about a month and so far so good. Still too soon to see if it’s helping in other areas, but I’m feeling optimistic at the moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They taste really bad! They leave a horrible aftertaste. All you taste is vitamins. If you only had to take two gummy’s they might be tolerable. But having to eat a whole little bag, yuck!!! Not to mention they are expensive!

Gruns are easy to take everyday-like a delicious little snack that’s good for you! I feel better and I think it’s been helpful in keeping me healthier during this flu & cold season. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing. I love that they come in little delicious packets of gummies. It feel like a “cheat”. The regular flavor is delicious (as was the mango sorbet limited edition flavor). The texture is nearly perfect. They feel natural and not like gooey pectin sugar gelatin garbage, but enough like a “normal” gummy snack you don’t really feel like you’re having a supplement. I’m on “the shot” and they have done wonders for my digestion. I’ve turned several friends who are also on weight loss shots onto them. The fiber keeps things moving and doesn’t upset my stomach. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking to supplement their diet in an easy, enjoyable and healthy way and would say it’s a must if you’re on “the shot”!!
