However, the product consistency is lacking. The bears have hard pieces that startle me when I bite down and the flavor is sometimes more tolerable than others.

It can have heart health consequences and potential for kidney disease. So please send the ingredients to your Primary Care Physician before taking. I run very hot. And only since taken these has my bp been normal. I've noticed its not a good idea to take them at night because I feel wired. My brain won't shut off. Eating a pack with lunch seems to be perfect.
