I was told recently that I will need to begin taking prescription medication to help try and alleviate this issue. However, since taking GRUNS, I have found that I now have up to 2/3 movements daily, as opposed to 2/3 weekly. Therefore, I am feeling better and once I report these findings to my gastroenterologist, Sue will be satisfied with the great improvement! Thank you again for formulating this product

I haven't been taking either the Gruns or the GLP-1 for very long, but after researching on reddit, Gruns were highly recommended to combat the side effects of a GLP-1. They shipped super fast which was great. Despite the bad taste, I feel like the health benefits far outweigh the few minutes of nasty mouth taste. Highly recommend!

It's yummy and helps cover a little nutritional gap on days when we don't quite manage to fit in all our food groups. I love that it feels like a treat, basically like a vitamin fruit snack, but at the same time I know I'm doing something good for my body. It just makes me feel better knowing I've got that extra boost on the days when meals aren't perfectly balanced.
