I was also hoping to experience the “more regular” outcome that these gummies advertise, but I have not noticed that effect yet. I am hopeful that with a bit more time I will see that result as well. I was using an excellent product, in a powder form, before I started using gruns. The previous product did a great job but the mouth feel and the smell of greens is, well,... you know. It was torturous to get it down but I did it because it worked. Now, I actually have to keep myself from eating too many of these gummies - they are so much more palatable than the powder greens! 😋
