My digestion does seem to be more in line, rather than fluctuant while taking GLP1. This is my primary reason for trying Grüns, so it’s a nice thing to see. Time will tell though. As for quality and enjoyment, the taste and texture of the gummies are very good, like the blue and white shark gummies from the 90s, that I loved so much. These did the trick! They are more tart than the regular ones, but still taste good. I feel that I have more energy when I take Gruns, as well as have stronger nails, clearer skin, and healthier hair. My nails had been very weak and thin after using glue-on nails, and they have improved greatly and unexpectedly in the past couple of months.
