Tasted good and i caught myself reaching for a second bag. A few members of my household thought there was a bit of an aftertaste but I will say it was far less than any of the no / low sugar water drinks (Bubl’r, ICE) - which I don’t like for that reason. I will purchase again!

There is usually only 1 in each bag that is a good soft texture, which I find strange. It's a decent way to get in the extra fiber and vitamins and it's helps you go regularly so I'll keep eating them daily until I find something better.

My 4 year old has ASD and his sensory issue was so bad and I have noticed about a 70% improvement his behavior is much better and is actually communicating more clear with more words. My 6 year old reminds me daily if forget to give it to them. His appetite has increased he is a picky eater and these are the one vitamins he actually enjoys. We have tried Neurobrocc, smarty pants, Olly, hiya and he hated taking them. I would recommend Gruns Cubs for your kids.
