I have only been taking them for a little over a week, but have noticed a positive difference in my regularity. Although I still don't go daily, I go more often than I did before I started taking Gruns.

The gummy tastes the same but they are wet and leave sticky residue on my fingers. It's gross and if I accidentally drop one on my clothing while trying to separate them, it gets on my clothes and is difficult to wash out. Please reach out on what we can do. I don't want to stop using them but I will.

I also love that it has made me regular in the bathroom department. I feel not as tired and I've recommended them to my friends cause it's so easy to grab a pouch and know that you've completed it. While going through my most recent bag, I found 5 packets that were sealed but empty, and one packet that was full but was not sealed.So the little gummies were hard. For the price that I paid for uour product, I would think your quality control would be better than that.
