They don't make any noticeable difference in my life, and I kind of think I am wasting money by continuing to subscribe. They do taste good, and my husband likes them. Def. not our favorite. It's not so much the flavor. That is fine; however, the texture isn't smooth like a traditional gummy, as we found in the mango. The original has a gritty texture that is not enjoyable at all.
