I was excited to find these bare bone "sticks" to add protein to drinks for an upcoming surgery, but when I unpacked my pickup order there was a PROP 65 WARNING: Lead - Reproductive Harm. I will be returning these and will not repurchase. At a 2nd look, Walmart actually does have it listed on their page, but Amazon does not list it in any of their pictures or description or search engine prior to buying. I don't like when companies are not transparent and claim to be healthy but then do things like this.

I was skeptical about this product at first. That is, until I had my first mug. I was instantly convinced that this is a much better way to have and store bone broth. It’s also delicious. NO MORE BULKY containers of regular full water weight bone broth, that require you to refrigerate unused portions, and to shake to mix back in the solids that are the highest beneficial part of the nutrients of bone broth. Now, just microwave hot water and mix in the dehydrated nutrient rich bone broth powder. It blends quickly with hot water, the hotter the better. Please don’t mix then microwave, it makes a big mess as it froths up and out of the container and spreads. Now, you can carry your bone broth with you anywhere you go, a simple stick packet that is durable enough to stick one in your pocket, bag, fanny-pack or purse, no refrigeration necessary (it’s dry), and enjoy it anywhere you can get hot water, work, home, restaurant, or your favorite coffee house.

I am on keto diet and use bone broth whenever I can. However, when i used to open a carton, it would just sit and expire. I hate wasting food. I make a cup once a day, and since i like spice, I add cayenne, salt pepper, and a heaping spoon of butter. This is all I eat until dinner, and I never feel hungry. Excellent brand.

I had a procedure that required me to be on a liquid diet for 3 days prior. I bought the lemon ginger and the chicken bone broth. This was the first time that I bought this brand. I didn’t like the taste at all. I couldn’t drink it. What a waste of money.

I had been struggling with getting in enough meals throughout the day (mom of three, full time employee, owns a business, active in my community. The list goes on.), so my dietician recommended I start incorporating more liquid options that I can consume on the go. I just happened to have some of these Bare Bones Beef Bone Broth single serve packets in my pantry for a way to easily increase protein in our dinners, and was excited to try them as just a regular broth. My dietician was in full support. Let me tell you, this is one of the highlights of my day. I typically have a cup around the early afternoon as a pick me up between client calls while I’m answering emails, and it’s quickly become a part of my daily routine. I feel energized the next few hours after and my normally finicky gut (let’s be honest, it’s from all the caffeine in my life) has mellowed out and become much more regulated. I have been raving about this brand to my friends because the broth has great flavor but isn’t too salty or overwhelming. It mixes easily with a good stir in some hot water. I cannot recommend it enough if you’re considering adding this to your regimen. I’ve signed up for the subscription and my one complaint is that there’s only 16 in a bag. I’d love a bulk bag option that I could get every month 😅

I LOVE bone broth - on cool Spring, Fall and Winter mornings, there's not a better morning addition. The Bare Bones instant broth is amazing, because I can get all the benefits of the broth, but can just sprinkle it on things like popcorn - making a great way to get protein and collagen for every season!

I used this bone broth as both a mid day snack and lunch side option. Talk about good macros, being high protein and low cal. Great option for a protein boost. I thought it was a little thicker than normal and didn’t mix up easily, but adding an additional 2 ounces of water helped. I didn’t find this broth salty, like some others.

Bare Bones makes THE best and most convenient bone broth. I occasionally drink it, but mostly I use the packets more like a bouillon base to increase the protein count in my meals and it really makes a difference. Unlike traditional bouillons, it’s not overly salty but gives a nice, subtle flavor boost. The packets are also easy to grab and go for a warm, midday drink with protein that’s especially nice if it’s cold or you’re feeling a little under the weather.

I purchased this before my bariatric surgery. I need to have at least 60g of protein a day and drink a lot of water. This helped to fulfill both those needs and gave my taste buds a savory warm flavor when everything else was bland. I used just one packet, per 16 oz of water.

I recently bought the fruit punch elevated drink mix. So I have the best of both worlds, one I love to sit on hot broth, and the other I can add ice for a cool drink. ❤️
