I really like this product. I like to have bone broth regularly but don't love always having to make space for it in my fridge. I love how I can take these on the go. Definitely helps to use hot water and an electronic whisk.

I love the sticks. I keep a few in my desk at work for days I’m extra hungry or forget my lunch and don’t want to go out. I also use the sticks in cooking. They add a depth of flavor to a recipe that you can’t get from premade broth.

Tastes awful—like bones. I drink homemade bone broth all the time. This is horrible. Despite the price, it’s going in the trash. I can’t force myself to drink it. $10? For this taste? Really? What are they thinking. Absolutely GROSS.

I think the strength of the broth has changed. About 8 months ago I’d need 12 ounces of water for one bone broth packet. With 12 ounces of water the broth is diluted. Still tasty though!

I drink these when I am trying to be healthy, detox or am feeling sick. Protein amount is perfect, leaves a full feeling. I also use these as a base to soups! So Yummy and nutritious!
