We're sorry to hear you're having this experience with our Gain Flings. Please know we thoroughly test our products to ensure they dissolve with ease. As you may know, we recommend putting our Flings in before adding laundry. Also, we recommend making sure there's enough room to dissolve properly. To get the residue off of the laundry, soak the items over night. Then, re-wash the affected garments again in your washing machine with NO laundry detergent.
