The watch is literally every that I wanted in a fitness tracker with some bells and whistles for the profession. The Ruck app should honestly be spread across more platforms and I appreciate the light that I use daily. This watch is my new favorite in the line up. Ultras are too easy with the tracker and display in the watch face.

This watch looks good, has lots of screen layout options. It's super easy to record GPS workouts on it and see your fitness status. I don't know how to do everything that I want to do on it yet, though, like have quicker access to alarms and timers. They're currently buried in menus

This replaced the version 1 instinct. A lot of nice features way easier to read. The only thing I do not like is it goes dark and then when you look at it is supposed to light back up. It does not always light up when you rotate your wrist to look at the display. It can be irritating at times.

HR rate sensor is inaccurate. Shows 90 when strap based monitor shows 150hr on my bike rides. I also had a chance to compare it to two different straps. Tightening the watch wrist band makes no difference. It's essentially a piece of junk I'm returning

This watch is an upgrade from my original Instinct and has some new features including a torch light. That could come in handy during a hike or bike at dusk or in the early morning. Everything else is pretty much the same, but it does record and upload faster to the app.

This is my 3rd Garmin watch, the first I was a bit overzealous and it was too big and too heavy for my wrist, so the husband got it and has been wearing it the last 10yrs. 2nd watch was a FENIX 6, loved it, nice weight, went well with everything, even dressed up. Love the INSTINCT, MUCH lighter, could have gone bigger than the 45mm, but so many more options. I cannot live without a watch both for work and personal. Would highly recommend and will always have a GARMIN. Husband got a new INSTINCT 3 as well as he hunts upland birds with his dog and he LOVES the dog tracking ability.

As expected like the watch

Quality device. Looks and works great.

No problem with the watch itself but the user manual is very confusing and required several calls to resolve the issues I had.

I don't have anything bad to say about the watch and personally think it was a great buy. Previously had the Coros Pace 4 which I didn't care for.
