I did not think I could like/love anything more or same as my Fitbit Sense 2. I kept reading about all feature choices Garmin has, battery life, solar, amoled, etc. Detailed explanations of all features. Ease of finding exact, clear instructions on how to work features (very important to me), as well as information to choose which watch matches you and your lifestyle. Still love my Fitbit Sense, however, love this watch! What made final decision for me was waterproof to 100m and does not overheat in Texas sun. Still love my Fitbit Sense 2 and will give to my daughter when she is ready to start wearing watch daily.

I got this after hearing so many people recommend it. The battery life is insane, and I am blown away by the accuracy and strength. The flashlight is even better than the on eon my phone. I love the simplicity if it, and it is amazingly easy to see, even in direct sunlight. I absolutely recommend this watch to amybody consdidering it.

Have been using this watch for several months. The battery life is amazing and the screen is very bright even In bright sunlight. I love it

Great watch that replaced my Suunto Core. It does way more and the flashlight seemed like a novelty but so useful

This is my first Garmin watch and I gotta say...I LOVE IT!!! I bought this a few weeks back because I was tired of my old Apple Watch that would not last a whole day before the battery died. Now my new Garmin watch has gone almost 3 weeks before it needed its first charge. WOOP WOOP!!!! Even though it doesn't have all the same functionality that the Apple Watch has, it has everything I need and a few more cool options. I love it and I'm still getting used to it because of all the functions it does have. Thanks Garmin for making an affordable, durable, and all around cool smart watch. :- )

I bought the Ascent 3 after my Fitbit watch quit working and all I can say is that I am extremely impressed. From longer battery life to built in GPS to many more customizable options and features, this is the watch to have. I can’t wait to use it during my archery hunts this year.

Upgraded from an Instinct 1 mainly because I could no longer read the small fonts indoors. That watch still works fine and I’m keeping it for rougher duty such as backpacking. The Instinct 3 amoled is easily read indoors and out, especially with the larger font choice. I like the customization of watch faces, better widgets, and the ability to connect to my inReach Messenger.

I have had Instincts for a number of years (first generalion, one eSport and one Solar). They have been great watches. I loved the Amoled screen on my Forerunner 165 and thought it would be nice to have on an Instinct, so I got the new Instinct 3 with Amoled and passed on my first generation Instincts to my grandsons who are in Scouts and they love them. I love the new watch and my old eyes can read the Amoled so much better. I didn't anticipate needing the "torch" function, but use it a lot. My only nit pick with Garmin watches is the band. Not a fan of silicone bands. They are good bands, I just don't like the feel for some reason.

This is my 4th Garmin Instinct. The AMOLED is my first, and visibility wise it’s great and the ability to change background colors is good. The wrist gesture is so so, and for me too long of a delay and I have to over exaggerate turning my wrist. Battery life is less than 18 days vs the 28 plus I am used to. If turn off wrist gesture to constant on it’s a bit over a week. Not using pulse ox, which clearly would drain it even faster. I do military/gov contract work and the non AMOLED could last a few weeks in the field. My old ones all died after a year or two. Sadly I fear this one will be the same. Not sure if I would buy a new and improved one, unless it’s proven it’s self for a few years. Battery issues seem to be the down side. Oddly I can’t attach images.

Someone somehow hacked my Walmart account and Fraudulently purchased this and two other items that I did not agree to. What is going on with Walmart?????
