I made with potato, carrot and squash, I added garlic salt, onion salt, and fine species. My kids love it, the day was cold so we have the best dinner with this soup. I used the Swanson Beef Broth in a rice vegetable bake that has rice, water chestnuts, celery, onions, carrots, black pepper, soy sauce and some herbs. Instead of water like people often use with rice dishes, I love using beef broth in this dish since it makes it super tasty and gives it that savory umami rich depth of flavor that makes it more delicious than a typical rice and vegetable dish. The beef broth pulls the whole dish together and makes it something that my family requests again and again.
