I was so happy when I was picked for this campaign because it was basically a restock of a product that is truly a staple for me.

So it was interesting trying to figure out what to make when I received the Swanson Beef Broth as a voxbox. I ended up using it to make pork chops. They turned out fine, although a bit salty. This is probably better used in a slower cooker.

I also like that it's gluten free, something that is clearly labeled. A great thing to have on hand for a quick soup night when the weather is nasty and you don't know what to make for dinner.

Preferably when it comes to a beef dish, he likes to use broth because it packs a lot of flavor! I definitely recommend using beef broth.

Bone broth is a staple in doing this and I will continue to purchase in the future. I can't wait to find more receipes to use this in!
