Normally I have a very difficult time getting things to stick to the cinderblock, especially the outside walls, but this holds up great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my personal use and honest review I knew the perfect use for this product as soon as it arrived. We were decorating for Halloween and wanted to put skeleton parts looking over our gate. The tape came in an easy to open wrapper and had an easy to locate starting point. Once we opened the tape, we immediately went to secure our skeleton parts. The tape was easy to tear and fold to maintain the starting point. After 24 hours, we went to check on the tape and some of it had come loose. The tape was still sticky so I pressed it back into place. One week later it is holding well through the heat, cold and rain we have experienced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this tape for several projects where I’d normally use duct tape, and it’s performed great every time. The example in the photo shows it being used to tape seams for my laminate flooring underlayment. It adhered well to the material and didn’t over-stick to itself like some other brands tend to do. If I had one small critique — which is also kind of a compliment — it’s that the tape tears very easily. On one hand, that’s a plus because it makes it simple to rip off a piece without struggling. On the other hand, the last quarter inch sometimes tears lengthwise instead of straight across, so I just have to be a bit more careful. Overall, that’s a minor issue and definitely not a dealbreaker. I’d still buy this tape again without hesitation.

The duct tape is strong and adheres instantly to any surface such as glass, metal and plastic. I used the tape on the above surfaces and it worked great. The duct tape tears easy. I was given the product as a sample free from 3M.

This is one of his favorite products and has become his go-to duct tape...it performs as expected. It is a strong, heavy duty, durable tape that is well suited for DIY projects as professional use alike.

My work jeans split across the knee just as we started spreading dozens of bags of mulch, which requires me kneeling to push it into place around bushes, etc. Rip off 2 pieces of this heavy-duty tape (no scissors needed), slap on across the ripped place, and continue kneeling and standing and kneeling again all morning - without the tape moving, peeling, or falling off! Super product!

We could not get it to stay closed. My husband put a piece of the 3M Heavy Duty black duct tape on it. It stuck tight and kept the door closed the rest of the trip, over railroad tracks and around mountain roads. We are very pleased with the strength and the way this lasts.
