Wont be using until baby gets here in a few months. Will be my first time using a foam mattress. Followed instructions, after opening sat it in the crib, it expanded to 5 inches and its really firm. Because of other reviews causing concern saying one of the covers is fiberglass I am not sure if I will use either cover. An may purchase a completely different one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's not really a whole lot that can be said about this. It comes deflated in a long box, then inflates after you rip the plastic off. It eventually becomes a nice, thick, soft memory foam style mattress. I can't comment on the durability yet but it does seem to be standing up to my son's constant bouncing so far. It is NOT waterproof (though it is fireproof), so you may want to couple this with some kind of waterproof protection. I anticipate it'll last about as long as a standard memory foam mattress, about 3 years.

We got this mattress for our son born in May of 2021. Thankfully he didn’t have many accidents where we have to wash the mattress cover. It’s seemingly comfortable, easy to use and my son sleeps great on it. I will definitely get the same one for our next child due early next year! My only complaint is that the zipper on the mattress cover broke. We only had to take the cover off and wash that less than 10 times I think but with the zipper broken I can no longer use it as the cover and all the covers I find places aren’t full mattress zippered and I can’t seem to find a replacement, maybe I’m missing it somehow. I fully recommend but I wish you had the zippered cover replacement easier to access to get an extra for those times the zipper broke. Is there a link somewhere we can find it? I’d prefer to get the one the actually goes with the mattress because I know it’ll fit well and work properly with it. Please help solve this problem.

Product is as described, though maybe just a tad bit smaller in height - no big deal. Only needed about 5 hours to fully plump up after opening. I don’t feel 24-48hrs is necessary. Son slept on it that night with no issues. We’ve only had for about a week, so unknown if any future issues will arise (hence only 4 stars). But great quality for the price so far! Would definitely recommend.

Purchased this mattress for my three year old along with his Delta Spider-man Plastic toddler bed. Delivery took 3 business days to arrive. The mattress arrived in a box and the mattress was rolled up sealed vacuum tight. I carefully cut the plastic from the mattress and immediately put the new cover as instructed before allowing the mattress to expand. I did not allow the mattress to fully expand within 48 hours as instructed as the mattress pretty much expanded fast overnight. I tested this out for myself and instantly became jealous as how soft and comfortable it was. I did not purchase a coiled spring mattress as I did not want my three year getting into a habit of jumping on the bed so this pretty much eliminated the problem. So glade that I was able to make this decision in purchasing this mattress, it is super comfortable and affordable and would recommend this to a friend.

Great thing that we can use it until our baby girl is a toddler, so, totally worth it. And the cover is waterproof and you can easily take it off to wash, such a great feature! We are glad Storkcraft gave us this great mattress We are recommending to our friends for sure!!

Everything was great we took the mattress out and went to sleep I woke up to a horrible smell I felt like something was spilled on it I had to take it out immediately I'm nose and my throat was burning from that smell and my baby girl was crying because of the smell once my husband took it out the smell stopped but the blanket and sheet all smell like it now needs washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy we decided to go with this mattress as our son transitioned to a toddler bed from our family bed. It arrived in a box and all we had to do was unpack it and let it expand. My absolute favorite feature is that it is water-resistant and has a washable outer cover! This has absolutely come in handy as potty training has begun in our home. So satisfied with this mattress!

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is that the first box, which was picked up using site-to-store, seemed to have been opened. When I got home, I discovered that the fire protectant mattress cover was missing from the box. (The only reason I noticed was because I had ordered a second mattress shipped to my house that included the cover. The instructions were included in the packaging of the mattress cover that was missing.) I called walmart.com and was offered several options to remedy the situation. They quickly placed an order for another mattress to be sent. Hopefully it will get here quickly! My children love this mattress as it is almost like sleeping in my bed. It seems to be much more comfortable and it is definitely quieter!

I put too much faith in the Graco name. This is not a quality product. It's a cheap, low quality, flammable piece of foam. It has a strong chemical odor that gave me a headache even after airing out for a week. It never fully expanded, so one end was completely compressed even after allowing a full week to expand and "fluffing" like the instructions say to. I just can't feel good about putting my newborn on this "mattress". Contacted Graco, they have a long drawn out process, and will only replace it with another chunk of foam. Will be trying to cram this thing back in the box and taking it back. Makes me think twice about other Graco products...
