I really wished I would have read the recent reviews from 2017 before this mattress was purchased. Like others have said this mattress does not fully expand in 48 hours. It has been a week now and the ends still haven't fully risen. Most of the mattress has but the ends..not so much. They are mishapen. I did everything it said to do , rolled it out, took the plastic off, and let it lay flat. I even figured just to make sure I would give it more time. This mattress isn't as thick as it seems online. I think that the company has changed the product since all of those good reviews a few years ago, cheaped out. It did not come with a waterproof cover either. I am going to have to try and buy something else to put underneath it because it isn't all that thick. Overall I am not impressed and would not recommend this product. I expected better quality from Graco.

I recently purchased this mattress for my second baby and I’m so glad that we did! It’s even better than the mattress that we used for our older son. I like that it’s firm and I am comfortable knowing that my son is sleeping safely. I would highly recommend this mattress to all new moms out there!

We are currently expecting our first baby and putting our nursery together. This mattress is firm yet soft and comfortable. Very easy to unpack out of the box, just had to unroll it and let it sit out for a few hours and it was in perfect form. I love that this mattress has a washable cover on it. I know this is going to come in handy for baby messes later on. The mattress fits in the crib snugly so there isn’t much chance of my baby getting stuck between the mattress and the frame making it very safe. The breathable core also provides extra peace of mind for safety. I know we are going to feel confident when my baby is sleeping on it! Definitely will be recommending this mattress to our friends who are also expecting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Graco Premium Foam Crib and Toddler Bed Mattress is a wonderful addition when welcoming your first baby or upgrading to a toddler bed. It came in a relatively small package for its size. I was very impressed that it fit. It has a fireproof cover with it also that is a must have when considering your small child. The fireproof cover was a little tricky to install though. Not tricky enough to not want to purchase it but tricky because it needs to be snug against the mattress. The Graco Premium Foam Crib and Toddler Bed Mattress is a comfy bed without coils, which is something I prefer. There are detailed instructions on how to use and care for the mattress and true to the instructions the mattress does basically "inflate" after 48 hours. My daughter absolutely loves her new mattress and always seems comfortable when taking her naps and laying down for te night. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

After unwrapping this it smelled horrible I don't know if something leaked on it or if it's just the foam because there was no stains or anything and it was compressed the whole house is starting to smell like the matress. I don't understand and am very disappointed. I will be taking this back as soon as I can I even washed the sheets it came with and it stinks still. To me it isn't a chemical smell, but a mildew smell. I was so excited but now I just want it out!!

So i will say this mattress is great! I have had the hardest time getting my son to sleep in his crib and this completely solved that problem. He lays down and its so soft and comfortable he falls fast asleep. Now i will say that like other i had an issue with it not inflating all the way. Half came up right away and the other half was still flat. After 3 days it did come up enough to put in the crib, only one corner was still a little flat but ge lays in the middle so it wasnt a big deal. Im just happy to be getting some much needed sleep!!

So when I first got the mattress I laid it out and after 48 hours one side still was kind of flat so I read the instructions again and it said may need to fluff like a pillow so I did that and it expanded properly. I didn't get a crib till my baby was 6 months so the first few nights he woke up a lot but after about a week he has been sleeping on it just fine. It's a great mattress and he loves it!

I purchased this because our out-of-state granddaughter is a finicky sleeper- pack n plays are not for her! Her visit at Christmas was traumatizing for everyone as she cried EVERY night. Easter went much better. She did great- slept all night. -every night.

I bought the mattress almost 3 months ago online. It stayed in the box until my husband decided to finally assemble the crib. I read all the great reviews and that is why I bought it. I took the mattress out and left it for 5 days for it to go to its original state. After the 3rd day, I tried to fluff it around to see if uncompressed, but it didn't. Half of it did and the other half stayed flat. I had to return it to the store. wish they had the same mattress at the store but they didn't, so I had to go with something else that was almost 3 times the amount I had paid for this.

My husband and I have a nice premium soft and comfortable mattress. Are 5 month old seemed to like our mattress as much as we do. We decided to research and try to find a baby crib mattress that feels just like ours and we came across this Graco Premium Foam Mattress. JC Penney’s had the same mattress but for $10 more. We made our purchase based on consumer reviews. We read a review about a lady who stated that she got inside of the crib and tried it out for herself lol. She reported that the mattress was truly soft and comfortable. The reviews mentioned how the mattress will not inflate immediately. This is true. It will take some time. We waited a couple of days before allowing our baby to try it out. We were not in a rush. The reviews mentioned taking the mattress in the bathroom, shutting the door, and turning the shower on to help inflate the mattress faster. We did not try this. The reviews also mentioned the ‘smell’ of the mattress. It does have a brand new mattress smell that lingers. Other than the mattress smell, we are satisfied with the mattress. It is nice, soft, but firm enough for a baby. FYI The mattress comes folded in a box about 4ft tall and about 8 inches wide. When you first look at it, you would not think there’s a mattress inside! My husband was like,’What is this!?’ The box is not heavy. Our baby likes to stretch his arms out and turns side ways while sleeping. We are happy that he can sleep as wild as he wants in the comfort of his own little crib! We have the Graco converter (dark cherry colored) crib. The mattress does not make that plastic ‘crunchy’ sound every time he moves. No noise!
