I've used this basic coffee since it was Columbian Supremo in a big can. The bag that came next was awful packaging. This new cardboard box/can keeps it fresher. The description on box ni longer says Colombian. Still excellent coffee. I only drink black coffee and taste is important.

I've been using this coffee daily for years and the coffee itself is excellent. Great flavor and consistently good quality. Unfortunately, the new cardboard packaging is a big downgrade. The container doesn't have a proper seal, which makes it difficult to keep the coffee fresh. Because of that, it seems to lose flavor much faster than it used to. I really hope the packaging is reconsidered, because the coffee inside is still great and easy to accidentally spill.

Such a major disappointment when you open a fresh bag of coffee and you don't get blown over by the beautiful aroma of real coffee smell fresh/ sitting on the shelf too long .WILL be purchasing it again. Where is the 8 o'clock coffee we bought from Sam's Club for the last I don't know how many years … are you discontinuing it or are you giving it a new item number? Yes or no please.

Bitter harsh, its much worse than the product it replaced, good price, dont like the box prefered the old bag, Ill be looking for another brand of coffee after I use it up,

I used to drink the Colombian Classic Medium-Dark Roast and that was delicious. And then they replaced it with this stuff, which tastes like burnt dirt. Would not recommend.

Purchased because the usual ground Starbucks coffee was out. I use it to make cold brew batches. This one is so disappointing with the flavor. I had to add way more sugar to try to offset the bitter taste.

Have had this coffee before and had no problem BUT recently bought it again (at the new and improved price) and it has the worst taste we have ever experienced. Can't return it cause we emptied the original container into a canister.

I really enjoyed this coffee more than expected. We are on a vacation in a rental and rather than buy whole bean w e decided to buy this ground coffee. Very good flavor, more dark than medium but a really nice pot of coffee. The container is interesting and something we’ve never seen before. Easy to close and easy to scoop out. We paid $16.98 in club for 2 1/2 pounds of coffee and think that’s a tremendous value.

It tastes good, but too powder. The container is awful - does a bad job of keeping it fresh. My whole pantry smells like coffee bc it is not airtight. I know the coffee is going stale due to air getting in. Can never find it in stores. Bring back the plastic tub.

This is NOT the same coffee!! It used to be my favorite coffee. I don't know what happened but when the package changed recently so did the coffee. I knew immediately when I opened. Different smell. I tried it and does not taste anything like it used to. Bitter and odd aftertaste. I am SO DISAPPOINTED and will be returning.
