The broth has a fantastic flavor. I use the broth as a substitute for intermittent fasting and it helps hold me over till my next meal. I can't wait to try the chicken.

Great for variety if you drink it everyday, lemon ginger is the better of the four and I have not looked at the sodium content but ramen seemed over salted.

I like to stir bone broth in warmed V-8 Juice for a quick snack to drink. I sprinkle it on leftover warmed up veggies for the added protein. It's a great versatile food product.

This stuff is phenomenal. Long story short, finished a 15+ mile hike in elk country and ran low on water towards the end. Once we finished, we all made a cup of the Bare Bones Beef Broth and almost like magic felt instantly revitalized.
