Great for variety if you drink it everyday, lemon ginger is the better of the four and I have not looked at the sodium content but ramen seemed over salted.

I really love this broth. My husband and I are doing the Bone Broth Diet and these individual pouches are perfect to bring to work and they're very tasty! When I make one my coworkers follow the delicious smell asking what I have!

If you are in a pinch and ran out of your homemade bone broth, this is the best bone broth, that I didn't make, that I've tasted. Recommend whole heartedly.

This is a great Keto snack or meal. I've been having it in the morning with a scoop of coconut oil in it for a pre-workout. Tastes delicious! I also have one for an afternoon snack. I highly recommend it.

My son loves these, and has one or two a day, usually after a training session. Hopefully it will help prevent strains and injuries :pray: He's a student athlete (soccer) and at the mercy of refectory food.

I like it, I got the chicken flavor. I do wish it was a bit more seasoned, maybe a bit more salty but not much. I think I would like to try the beef broth for a better taste, but overall, I enjoy the warmth and Joe it goes down and warms my belly.

I came upon Bare Bones bone broth after trying a lot of others and hating them. Bare Bones was totally different and I love the taste of the beef flavor. Great tasting, all the ingredients for healthy protein in an easy to use on the go bone broth.

Purchased these in store, was so excited for a healthy powder broth and it tastes absolutely horrible. Cant return because I threw away my receipt before I finally opened them. Broth is chunky too doesn’t mix well. Do not waste your money.

I love using bare bones broth in my cooking, it adds a complexity to the dish that simple beef broth doesn't. Also, since it's in packet form it takes up very little cabinet space with is a godsend for any New Yorker!
