This detergent is lightly scented and not overwhelming at all. It leaves just the right amount of scent on my clothing. It is very concentrated so I use less than my regular detergent. I've noticed my clothes stay brighter and not fade so quickly. They also feel more soft than before. I have developed sensitivity from past detergent and this detergent has decreased some of the issues. I am not reaching for the lotion as much. It has left a positive reaction so far. The only difficulty I had was in reading the numbers on the inside of the cap. For those of us whose eyes aren't as young as they used to be, it would be helpful to have the numbers in a darker color than that of the lid. I have family members with sensitive skin, so finding a laundry detergent that cleans the clothing, smells good, and doesnt break someone out can be a challenge! This laundry detergent definitely measured up! It smells strong and that worried me, as it is fragrance that bothers my husbands skin most of the time, but he has had no issues at the end of the bottle. We wash rather large loads of clothes, towels, and bedding so we need a detergent that really packs a punch when it comes to cleaning! I did have to scale back my loads a little bit for this one to get them clean so I did deduct a star for that. Over all, this is a really good laundry soap and I have already recommended it to my friends and family and it is on my shopping list to get more!
