It did not cause any irritations on the skin of me or my hisband or children so i really think it is good for sensitive skin as it states. It says 24 loads. But there is no way especially if it is a larger load or more soiled load. But i think all laundry soap is like that. Seems to be a good quality brand. Left clothes smelling nice and left them soft and not stiff. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a great product to use for sensitive skin. I was surprised when I did a few loads of laundry that there is a “scent” added to “free & clear”. The labeling is greatly misleading and I suffer w allergies. Not just the $$ spent but the time trying to get this smell out of my clothes, sheets and towels. I’m very upset. I have been a loyal customer for 20 + yrs. Unacceptable how easy it is to purchase. This detergent is clear and is meant for sensitive skin. It does have fragrance that smells really good, it is lightly floral and not overpowering. I got a makeup stain on my brand new purple satin blouse. I put some of this All detergent directly on the stain, plus more in the washing machine on cold, delicate cycle and the stain was gone. My blouse was saved and smelled good and didn't have any damage. I liked the fragrance and found it non-irritating. I was very pleased with how this new All detergent performed.
