I used it for regular wash loads. It has a fresh breeze light scent. My laundry stays fresh for days. A 36fl Oz bottle can easily was about 22-23 loads of laundry. There's no film or residue left on the laundry. I used it to wash sheets, towels and everything. I have a child that has eczema, so this detergent is a dream. She has had no reaction to it. The Spring Breeze scent is hypoallergenic and the detergent of free of dyes. The product I'm reviewing is 36 fl oz (enough for approximately 24 loads) and is he washer compatible. My trial of this product was on my normal laundry loads which included white large bath towels, white cotton bathroom mats, clothing (adult, lights/whites, colors, and dark colors) as well as my eczema-prone son's clothes and bath towels. I even washed our poodle's bed, blanket, towels, and soft toys with this detergent and he also shows no signs of irritation or sensitivity. This detergent performed well: it got our whites clean and crisp, towels clean and fluffy and most importantly did not cause any irritations or flare ups of my son's sensitive, eczema-prone skin. We all love the light fresh scent. I think the company's claims of the product being hypoallergenic and dermatologist recommended is true. I will definitely purchase this to use for all of my family's laundry needs. The All Sensitive Fresh Spring Breeze is perfect for everyone especially those who have sensitive skin or are affected by strong perfumes found in other products. Not too overpowering but nice enough to make your clothes smell fresh. I like that this detergent is hypoallergenic and for sensitive skins. I was confident to use it on my toddlers clothes. I have sensitive skin and have generally stuck to sensitive skin formulas which are almost universally fragrance free. This detergent cleaned effectively, did not irritate my skin, and smelled wonderful. It's been so long since I was able to have really great smelling clothes and I didn't realize how much I'd missed that. It really is nicer to mix a little aromatherapy in with the chores. I really like this product because it's Hypoallergenic and free of dyes. The scent is amazing and long lasting. When you have loved ones that can't use regular detergent because of sensitive skin it can be difficult but with this particular All it was great. No itching skin or hives just fresh clothing, sheets and blankets that feel nice on our skin and ready to go. I like how in the back of detergent it is very detailed showing me how many cups to use based on the loads I'm doing and removes 99% of top everyday and seasonal allergies.
