For a Samsung product, especially a 75" TV, I expected better long-term quality and reliability. The TV looked good when it was working properly, but the screen failure is a serious concern. A television should last more than a short period without developing this kind of issue. I am including a photo so other customers can see the defect before deciding whether to buy this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this 65-inch Samsung for a couple of weeks now, and it is a fantastic buy if you want a big screen without spending a fortune. ​The first thing you notice is how sleek it looks in the living room. The frame around the top and sides is practically invisible, which gives it a really modern, high-end look that makes it seem way more expensive than it actually is. ​When you turn it on, the 4K resolution is crystal clear. I was especially impressed by how it handles older, non-4K shows, as the built-in processor sharpens everything up so it doesn't look blurry on a screen this size. The colors look very natural right out of the box, but I turned on the Color Booster setting to get that extra punch of vibrancy, making movies look incredibly rich and lively. ​As far as brightness goes, it is plenty bright for everyday viewing, though it can struggle a bit with reflection if you have a ton of direct sunlight hitting the screen during the day. Another nice bonus I didn't expect is the built-in Samsung Knox security, which runs in the background to encrypt your streaming passwords and protect your home Wi-Fi network. ​Overall, it's a perfect TV for everyday streaming and movies if you want a premium design and great picture without the premium price tag.

The problem is I can't use the remote, it is so tiny I can't get a good hold on it to push buttons. The volume and channel up and down buttons are very hard to use. All of Samsung previous remotes I've used have been great. Why change it I am 70 years old and I can't see the lettering even with my glasses I really hope you can send me a usable remotel

The only weakness is the remote that comes in the box. Takes too long to learn and many functions are not easily available.
