Its decent

Far cry from the 21 inch TV of my childhood.

While the TV has great color and sound it does see to have a mind of its own. The remote takes some getting use to. Just when I think I have it figured out something changes. I am a fan of Samsung though and I will keep working with it. This is my third Samsung TV and probably not my last. My children have my older TVs and they are still going strong. I just like to keep up with technology. I am 81 years old.

The best bang for your buck.

Able to save it under my account for warranty then sign in with a new account for my sister in law to control it from her phone. She's extremely happy with it as a gift. Looking to buy more now for upgrades on my 2018 55" model!!

Excellent TV that transforms everyday viewing

It has stunning picture quality with vibrant colors and has cystal clear images with a cinematic feel. Sound is good and dialogue is clear and understandable. Setup was quick and stress free. It has an intuitive interface which is very clear and easy to navigate especially with Apps. I appreciate how lightweight the TV is and how easy it was to insert the stands on the TV base. I was impressed with how stable and solid the TV is on the stand. The TV is authentically pleasing, sleek and modern that fits well in my living space. Overall, this TV is great and would recommend it anyone looking for reliable good quality TV .

BEST TV ON THE MARKET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family absolutely love the tv it has so many different features, you can do pretty much anything on them. it is very user friendly which is great for my 7 year old daughter! And myself! You can connect your phone which I love! If you are looking for a new TV go with any Samsung you won't be disappointed every TV in my home is Samsung and all the remotes work for any of the TVs so dont worry if tou misplaced one just go grab one from another room in the house!

Samsung is usually a step above

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I use my tv for everyday viewing, as well as video games. Over the years, I have a always thought that samsung had such a better picture than my other tvs, that I swore to only get samsung going forward in my life. This is my first television since this declaration. I am a little disappointed in that the picture isn't neccessarily bad, but it is so dark. I can not brighten it enough. I set it to movie as this is the most recommended setting, but it usually isn't this dark. Samsung tvs normally almost loook 3D to me, and this one just isn't the same.

Good picture, poor remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is very good for the price of the TV. The sound is pretty good for a very thin TV. The narrow and black remote is terrible to try and use. You cannot see what you are trying to do. The so called buttons are too small to use for both vertical use and horizontal use. The TV in general is not very user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is quite frustrating with the use of such a small remote. the buttons dont light up and since my fios remote is not properly paired to the tv i am stuck having to use the small remote that came with the tv. i do not like how the tiles are all over the place which just makes things more difficult to find. the remote is not voice activated like most of the other newer ones i have seen and the volume is very awkwardly set up as well. to change channels and use the volume the buttons must be toggled a certain way which is also annoying. it makes the experience a lot more stressful than necessary. the tv also is constantly freezing and pixelating. it seems more blurry on multiple channels. it is not good for visually impaired or neurodivergent people who have disabilities.

To further optimize performance, try running Device Care, which checks memory, clears unused cached data, and closes background apps: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. If you still notice blurring or pixelating on your channels, the issue you’re encountering may be related to network strength or stability. We recommend the following steps: 1. Connect to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network, if available 2. Use a wired LAN connection for increased stability 3.
