My child doesn't like many fruits and veggies, and this is the perfect companion as we slowly try to integrate more produce into her diet. She loves these and looks forward to having them in her lunchbox each day. Total win for my picky eater!

I truly appreciate the ingredients selected for gruns. Providing the vitamins and minerals I want my kids to eat in an enjoyable way while at the same time being sourced from foods they normally wouldn't eat.

We have used gruns for 1 whole month with all three of my kiddos and I’ve noticed a huge difference. It’s difficult to get all their daily nutrients into them through food when I am a busy working mama. I also love that they use methylated vitamins!

Got these for my two boys. These definitely help with digestion, there’s just no way of getting around it. The kids don’t care about the health benefits of it, but they like the taste and don’t fight me on taking them, so it’s a win!
