I finally feel good about giving my kid “gummies”. She LOVES fruit snacks, but they are usually such an empty snack. With Gruns, she loves the flavor, views them as a treat, but I know she’s also getting some valuable nutrients too! Win/Win!

My granddaughter who is four did not like the taste of them. I think if she had these prior to others with sugar coating she would not know the difference. But she does and won’t eat them. So my daughter is taking them so we don’t waist them.
