Hangs while switching from app to app and also video flickers alot white using Netflix.

The picture is great, clear color, and sound is great.

Tv was easy to set up and the picture is very clear, bright and clear

The frame of the tv was not properly attached to the screen. When the tv was moved, the sceen came away from the frame completely. Samsung refused to honor their warranty, even after a repair tech came out and confirmed that the damage to the tv was due to poor manufacturing. The tech told us this is a common problem with this model, some cases they have seen the entire sceen completely fall out of the frame. Don't waste your money.
