[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is simple. This TV will not maintain its settings, especially the sound. I constantly have to mess with it to get it to work properley it contantly looses the sound settings in the middle of programs and you can't hear the show. It is often a nightmare to get the sound back. I have probably called support 50+ times, maybe many more. It also mucks up my Comcast connection on occasion. And it dosen't have enough HDMI ports making a sound bar very impractical if you want reliable sound. I tried in the past to get support to do something but never got any offers. I have all Samsung monitiors on my computers and love them, but you will have a very hard time getting me to buy another Samsung TV.

The brightness is perfect for me to adjust how I need to be being that I have migraines. Resolution amazing. Security is perfect as it is just what I need. Everything is just perfect. Going to purchase another one, but bigger for the living room 🤏🏽🤏🏽🥰

Unfortunately, this new Samsung tv also drops wi-fi, just not as often. Every other device in the house is connected and running fine, so this has to be a Samsung issue. The remote to the new Samsung is awful. We are using the remote to the older Samsung as it works for both tvs. That being said, the picture quality is amazing and the interface is easy to navigate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the 75" Samsung Crystal UHD U7900F for a little while now, and for the most part, it's an incredible television for the price. Clarity & Resolution: The 4K picture quality is outstanding. Everything looks incredibly sharp, and the 4K upscaling makes older shows look crystal clear. You can really see the fine details in every scene. Brightness & Color: The brightness is excellent, easily handling the light in our living room. Colors are vibrant, rich, and look completely true-to-life right out of the box. Responsiveness: Navigating through the Tizen smart menu and loading up different streaming apps is quick and snappy. There's virtually no lag when shifting through the interface or launching content. The Only Issue: The reason I can't give it a full 5 stars is that the TV frequently pauses content by itself. Whether we are watching a movie or streaming a show, it will randomly hit pause without anyone touching the remote. If it weren't for this incredibly annoying software or sensor glitch, it would be a perfect 10/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the TV itself, if I pause a show for a few minutes it knocks me completely off by the time I come back then I have to go back to the app and get back to my show. I find that very annoying. And it doesn't have Pandora available. I hooked up a Roku device to solve these problems. But other than that I really like the TV itself, great picture! I still give it 4 stars. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is the "pausing" issue.
