The Resolution is impeccable and the picture's brightness and Vibrancy are unmatched. Customers looking at the photos of flowers we sell cant get over tbe smoothness and contrast . Its so easy to setup and use and ive never been happier with any other TV ive purchased

Whenever something on TV is dark in color, the TV can't provide the correct resolution, so it shows up like black blob. The TV and remote have extremely delayed reactions at times. Sometimes it take up to 30 seconds for the TV to respond to the remote command. Samsung TV interface, not related to the TV, is also poorly designed. I'd love to be able to put my most used apps on the home screen, rather than scrolling over to a screen where I've saved my favorites. Would likely not purchase a Samsung TV again.

The colors are jaw-dropping, vivid and rich in a way that makes every scene pop right off the screen. The built-in AI technology takes the experience to a whole new level, upscaling content and adapting the picture in real time like nothing I've seen before. I'm a full-on Samsung household — running an 85", a 50", and a 43" — and every single one of them delivers. The consistency across the lineup is what keeps me coming back. Samsung has earned my loyalty, and they're keeping it. There's simply no reason to look anywhere else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only wish about our new TV is: I wish it was not a "smart" TV. My set up is a cable box (Xfinity), a receiver (Sony) and of course, 55" Samsung. With my prior Samsung I was able to use the cable remote for everything including going directly to Xfinity cable without using the Samsung remote. Now, to go to cable, I have to first turn cable, receiver and TV on using the cable remote, but then I need the Samsung remote to go to Xfinity cable. It's okay for me to do it but if I'm not here it would be too much for my wife to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether we are watching an action-packed film with lots of explosions or listening to the Symphony, the sound quality is incredible The crystal clear resolution is amazing when you can see blades of grass on the field when you're watching a soccer match on TV along with the brightness and the color which add to the overall experience where you feel like you're right there in the stands watching the match live! The Aesthetics are impressive as the TV is beautifully designed so it looks good in any room. I like the security features where we can have the TV shut off at a certain time as well block out certain channels for the children.

I added a Bose speaker although tv speaker is more than adequate. I'm hooked up to an outdoor antenna. I believe that needs adjusting as sometimes the picture gets distorted briefly. Happy overall.

The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with excellent color and clarity whether I'm watching movies, sports, or streaming my favorite shows. The smart TV interface is easy to navigate, and apps load quickly. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the built-in speakers are decent but could provide a little more depth and bass. Also, some settings took a bit of time to customize to my preferences. Overall, this TV offers great value for the price, delivers an impressive viewing experience, and has been a fantastic addition to my home entertainment setup. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a quality 4K smart TV.
