[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clear and vivid picture and easy to access all the smart features. The colors are bright and surprisingly they stand out more then my 4k lg TV. I actually enjoy watching shows I never used to watch based on their color profiles now. Its so cool. Upscaling is also clear. A great contrast between colors as well. The overall speed of the tvs software is also good. I guess that would follow under responsiveness.

After many years of having Samsung phones, a year ago I bought a Motorola flip phone🤦‍♀️,, it's ok, but Samsung is definitely better. I should've not the Samsung Flip, but I didn't want that monthly phone payment, but I do regret that now😁. Once my contract is up, I will definitely be going back to Samsung. As for my TV, it's the best, as I nee it would be! Samsung is hands down, the best ever! 😁

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the display is pleasin, and has lots of options for customization. The only real downside to the TV is the remote and how un responsive it can be. The lag between button presses and movement is too large.

Picture quality is absolutely amazing for hosting sporting events with family and friends. Playing game consoles are taken to another level. We have 2 in separate rooms and one of them is always need to be rebooted. It’s like 2-3 times a week. One will work and the other doesn’t. Very frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote doesn’t always work right. Biggest problem is with the volume control have Samsung TV’s both have the same volume issues. They have the same remote when trying to raise or lower the volume tv keeps going to mute. I have to use a fire stick remote to control the volume.

I’ve had Samsung‘s for years, but this one doesn’t have the clarity that I like it’s kind of dull, not sharp since there’s no way to adjust the brightness. I’m not really thrilled that I can’t use my remote. I have to program in what Programming I’m watching I don’t use the other services Netflix Hulu And others it’s OK but I was disappointed as it was a gift. I can’t even return it for a different television.
