Viewing movies and streaming shows looks fantastic for an entry-level 4K model. Unfortunately, the user interface holds it back. System navigation is noticeably slow. The remote control input lags, and pressing the Home button causes a frustrating delay before the app launcher responds, even with the latest software updates installed. Overall, a good value TV if you don't mind the sluggish menu navigation or if you plug in an external streaming stick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is very slow even when hard wired to internet. I’ve tried updates and nothing seems to help. Unsure if it’s a bad one but I’ve had a 32” and never had any problems so that’s why we got this one and now I’m kinda thinking it was a mistake.

I certainly didn't expect it to look even better once it was set up in my house. The sharpness and contrast of images on the screen were even better than I remembered from the store display. Overall, the picture quality is very friendly to old eyes. Even though the tv's capabilities far exceed my tech abilities, I love the way the tv tries to help you out with little prompts that almost seem like it's guessing what I might be trying to do. That helps! I especially love watching movies and sports. The screen ration options work great dialing in the action close to feeling real. Pair this tv with a comfortable chair and enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children gave me a 65 inch Samsung for Christmas. It has an amazing picture--very clear and sharp. The color is also really good, as is the sound. I am not really fond of the remote, though. The buttons have multi uses, and I think that having more buttons with each having less functions would be better. So many times I have muted the sound while trying to make it louder or softer.

The refresh rate is great for responsiveness when gaming and it came work great contrast/ brightness settings for is default. One thing I constantly notice is how vibrant everything is. Even when watching older programming, the upscaling is great to make it feel modern!
