The TV has relay issues when turning on with the original sound /samsung welcome noise . Tv speakers is very low for it to be this size. I have to sometimes turn on. My samsung sound tower in order to hear really well when watching movies. I have a 70 inch samsung TV that is way louder then this one. It took 5 months for it to get an update so I could download the zuse app. But overall it has a decent quality when it comes to picture /viewing movies and TV shows. Especially in darker rooms. I am a BIG time samsung lover and it does has it's best and worst features but none the less a good work in progress. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL remote this one doesn't have the fast forward so you have to toggle in between the app or bottom on movie to fast forward that is very tiring loved that the slim version but need more of the old buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a lifelong Samsung customer, I have 6 smart TV’s five of them are Samsung and the other one is a cheaper brand with a Google core. I note that because despite all the free channels advertised you’re not able to access them without signing into Google, I’m old school and I find that an invasion of privacy. Samsung TV’s offer free access with no restrictions plus they offer unique features like screensaver options etc. The picture quality has always been great and the remote controls have stayed uniform so you don’t feel like you’re constantly having to learn how to navigate the simple task of watching your TV. I’ll always stick with the Samsung.

For pay-per-view services, the remote control should simply operate the television. If I wish to use a paper site I can apply for it Myself the current remote control doesn't even have a volume control on it. But it sure has netflix's button on it.

The only weakness is the remote that comes in the box. Takes too long to learn and many functions are not easily available. Order SAMSUNG REMOTE BN59-01315J which allows easier access to channel guide functions.

I am 79 yrs old a d reading T V screen can be tough sometimes. I sit at the far end of the room and don't miss a thing. Also the sound is great. You cannot put the downloader app on which I need for my IPT to download, Therefore I had to go out and purchase another TV from a competitor which operates Google TV. I was able to do everything seamlessly with the GOOGLE TV. If you just want to watch TV with their channels that have all the shows from the 90's uy this one other than that stay away unless you can find an older model which runs Google.

The connection between my phone and the TV is super fast, and the smart apps make it perfect for my family. The brightness on this TV is amazing, so I think I'll be upgrading to a bigger one soon.

Colors are rich and accurate, while the contrast gives movies and shows great depth. The upscaling does an impressive job of making lower-resolution content look much sharper. On top of that, the TV is incredibly responsive. Menus are smooth, apps load quickly, and navigating the interface is fast with virtually no lag. Overall, it's a fantastic viewing experience.
