Poise used to have a nice long length overnight pad and now they are gone. The ones now are too narrow and not nearly the same absorbancy and they leak. Never had this with the original Number 6 long length pads. The odor control is not good anymore either. This was a change for the worst and a real loss for me and I am sure for other women also. My last two large boxes were a waste of money and now I have to search for something else. It is sad.

The provided excellent coverage all night from leaks. The only thing that I didn't care for was while they were thin enough they still felt very bulky.

These are the best pads out there. I love them.they work great over night and the day time too. Thanks for making a great Idea work.I have been using them for a number of months since they came out on the market.nigh time with the wider backs are great!!!

Then proceeded to use them the next 3 nights alone and even during the second day. They’re big. They’re definitely not for being cute or going out in, however, they were extremely effective at soaking up blood very quickly. And as big as they are there was no part of my panties not protected from leaks. Overall good product.

However I did find that the actually size (triangular and wider than traditional overnights) were a larger than what I'm used to so they didn't fit into any of my undergarments to secure them comfortably. I will continue to use them but will have to invest in larger undergarments.

These pads worked great over night when I woke up with a coughing fit. I wish they were a little wider but over all they worked great and could hold a lot of liquid.

They were too bulky and heavy that made them uncomfortable. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the padding portion was great. That part worked well. Overall I won’t be purchasing this item again due to it weighing down my underwear.

When I came home from the hospital it was difficult for me to maneuver out of bed to get to the bathrooom without some leaks . . . these overnights were indispensable for those early morning trips when I couldn't make it to the bathroom without some leakage.
