These pads are much thicker and bigger in size than normal pads for heavy flow. The absorption is very good. They fit well in underwear and have a sticky back.

It will be helpful during sleep time as you want the most protection at that time. It’s slightly bulky in the underwear but you do feel confident nothing will get through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads ultra absorbent! They hold a lot of liquid. I was able to pour about 6 oz of water in the pad with minimal moisture noted on my skin. I testing wearing the pad overnight. It is bulky but better than use a full disposable garment. I would recommend these pads to ladies experiencing nighttime incontinence issues! #auntniecyapproved #eteau

Just a little bulky for what I need but for someone that has more leakage that I do they would be great. I tried them for my mother who is bed ridden and they really helped to keep her dryer.
