[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bladder leakage pad has excellent absorbency. It is a bit bulky though. It is not very descreet either. You can definitely tell if someone is wearing it. It does work quite well overnight or even for heavy daily use.

The size and style fit me comfortably, and they are good to prevent leaks. The wider back gives me more coverage at night, and it’s very absorbent. The adhesive is good, so the pad won’t move. You can use them anytime of the day, not just night time. The pads are soft and comfortable, and they keep me feeling clean, dry and fresh.

Cons: this is very large - I like the length and width but it is also very thick which I'm not so sure about. The packaging is good, but this is very big and when you dispose of the product it will take up a large amount of space in your bathroom garbage can. . . just warning you if you share bathroom space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Poise Overnight Pads from Home Tester Club to try, and I'm unsure how to rate these pads. Yes, I suffer from mild incontinence, but not enough to truly need this pad. Having said that, I still sampled them, as promised. The pads are thick and wide, and I wonder if I had a bigger issue that these would not be wonderful. The pad did scrunch in the crotch and was wider than my panties, creating an uncomfortable hair-pulling issue. If there was a less bulky version of these pads, I'd be sure to purchase, especially when traveling with friends.

They hold very well with absorbency and no leaks on any part of the underwear so I’m not insecure about getting up after sitting down especially wearing light blue scrubs. I love that these do not bunch up and stay in place.

They are already thick and then add fluids, it is extremely uncomfortable. If only you had them thinner, I would have being a customer of yours long time ago. The quality is amazing, but no one wants huge pads.

I thought they might feel bulky at first but was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. They do the job and keep from leaking like my current pads. I do however have one complaint, the sticky part stays in the underwear when you remove them. The tape only come off in the wash.

I've always had a really heavy flow, and I usually have to wake up in the middle of the night to change or risk getting bloody underwear. But I don't need to with these! I also move around a lot in my sleep or sleepwalk, and sometimes my pad slips out of place, but the adhesive on Poise Overnights is strong enough to keep it in place. Definitely will buy again!!
