I hate saying that I'm only 34, but I pee when I cough, sneeze, etc. These make me feel safe knowing that I won't soak my clothes or even my bed! They are comfortable the way they sit in my underwear. They aren't too bulky, but have a great leak protection at the time time! I don't notice any smells, even after leakage, so the odor control on these pads is great!
