They are bulky and uncomfortable though. In my opinion, they need to be softer. They are also not discreet due to the bulkiness of them. The main win is the absorbency, it cannot be beat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Poise overnight Fresh Protection extra coverage (max absorption) with a 75%wider back (vs poise ultra thin) free in exchange for my honest review. It has 22 pads, which lasts about 3 weeks if used once nightly. My youngest still wets the bed and I have to change the sheets which is a pain, so I put these on her and wowzers did it absorb a lot of pee!!! Her bed was dry and I didnt have to strip the sheets and wash them with her blankets! We were both impressed, I would recommend 5 out of 5 stars for absorption. Also, they are individually wrapped for sanitation and discretion!
