The pads feel comfortable against my skin and I feel more secure knowing I have these on. They are very noticeable from the back, but since they’re built for overnight/heavy use I don’t mind.

I was happy to find a pad that was good enough for me at night. I have bought three packs so far and in between I wear daily type pads. I started noticing they make me burn I am very upset about this it seems they have very chemical smell. Well it looks like I'm the only person saying this I guess I will have to find something else to use

These are much thicker than other pads I tried, absorb well, adhesive is strong and it stays in place. The size of Poise Overnight is also very generous. Experienced no leakage throughout the night. They are long so good for plus size folks. I like that they come in different sizes. Easy to put on and they stayed put. I didn't feel like they had any smell-just your usual sanitary type smell. They are quite thick but dont really notice under clothes. Good to stay protected while out and about.

These pads are very effective in sealing leaks. This particular pack comes with 22 pads that are pretty thick and long. I measured and they were about 15 inches long! While 22 is a good value the design is not the best. Wearing them feels like you are definitely getting “full coverage”. The size and design are my main reasons for the 4 stars and not 5.
