I have never seen pads with this much coverage. If using these, you will be fully covered when it comes to worrying about any leaks. The wide back section provides even more protection and fully covers your underwear. If you are looking for a pad to cover you for a long period of time and/or during sleep, this is the one for you.

And So much thinner, making them FAR LESS absorbent!! New design does not capture and contain the miraculous amt of liquid it used to. THEY ARE NO LONGER DEPENDABLE on the job, out in public, nor at ‘nighttime’! Also, it’s folded awkwardly at the narrow end now and it gets stuck to itself.

Would not recommend for walking around and daily activities, but they are not marketed for that. They are bulky in the back so for that I would not say it’s discret but when you’re sleeping you don’t usually need discretion.

It has a wide protection and even though the size it wasnt uncomfortable. Given the size i think the chance of a leak is very low. It was durable and felt like a good quality. Didnt cause any skin problems. I recommend it
