The design is by far my favorite as it covers areas where leaks occur and holds very well. It's breathable, odor controlled and keeps you dry. These are way better than the pull up style as it's designed to protect a larger area and stays put.

The good things first: it offered excellent leak protection and odor control. Now, the things I didn't like. For me, it felt like a HUGE diaper without the waist. I was shocked at how large and long the pad was; it was too big for me and felt uncomfortable when I sat down. Then, when I wore it overnight, the next morning, the pad was bunched up in the middle and resembled a mountain with dips on the sides. This, however, might work for someone who doesn't mind the uncomfortable feeling of it constantly rubbing their lady parts and who needs maximum overnight protection.

The fit is perfect that you barely even know that you have it on during the night. It really does have a great leakage protection and absorbs a lot. There isn’t a scent but of course there’s something it’s made with that helps with the odor so no one knows that you made a mistake.

I tried these for this issue, and found them to be a bit more than I needed. They definitely work! They’re quite absorbent and quite thin considering how well they work, I didn’t really have enough leakage to necessitate the overnight version. I found them to be a bit too wide to be completely comfortable but they weren’t annoying, and were fine to wear. I do feel like they could be smaller and narrower, but perhaps that wouldn’t be as effective depending on level of leakage. I feel like the packaging surrounding the pad is discreet for carrying in a purse and these are great options for those with heavy leakage.
