I was kept dry by the wicking or instant absorption of the material of the 8 drop pads! The pads adhered well to my panties! I’m loved that the odor control worked with the 8 drop pads!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried various Poise incontinence products, but this one is not one of my favorites. The good things first: it offered excellent leak protection and odor control. Now, the things I didn't like. For me, it felt like a HUGE diaper without the waist. I was shocked at how large and long the pad was; it was too big for me and felt uncomfortable when I sat down. Then, when I wore it overnight, the next morning, the pad was bunched up in the middle and resembled a mountain with dips on the sides. This, however, might work for someone who doesn't mind the uncomfortable feeling of it constantly rubbing their lady parts and who needs maximum overnight protection.

I don't leak while I am asleep BUT getting to the bathroom when I wake in the night is like racing against my bladder. These pads fit my plus size panties and don't move no matter how many times I flip in my sleep. I can now take my time because Poise is the perfect back up.

Upon opening the pads, my first thought was these are going to be super uncomfortable. Well I was absolutely proven wrong. These honestly were quite comfortable. I didn't feel like I was wearing a huge pad at all. I didn't experience any leakage, especially during the night. They give you plenty of coverage from front to back. The best thing about these pads was that I didn't feel any wetness. These pads instantly absorbed and I felt completely dry. I also liked that these didn't irritate my skin. Some pads will leave my skin feeling a little raw at times. I'm so glad poise decided to make an overnight pad that's not only comfortable but instantly absorbs. Leaving you dry and without odors. The packaging is also nice, each pad is wrapped in a pretty purple pouch. The pads themself are purple. I highly recommend this product.

So I'm guessing if you are a big person or have extreme leakage this might be perfect for you well it has no scent it's pretty sturdy and absorbent the fit was just way to big for me I had to cut it just to try it because it felt like it was meant for a horse but I'm a petite person. I do have other poise so I know for a fact they are comfortable and reliable you know you can go out and not have a worry with these it's the one thing you can trust if needed. So if you have the need for a extra big pad this is it look no further.

The pads are very absorbent and flexible, keeping me dry all night without any leaks or odor. I like the shape with the extra length and wide back because it provides full coverage and comfort while I sleep.
