If you wear for 6 hours, I did feel some irritation. I would buy this product again but would prefer it to be thinner and longer.

They're wide enough to cover everything overnight. My biggest dislike is the same as with many pads and they do tend to bunch up if you move a lot at night. I tried these for this issue, and found them to be a bit more than I needed. They definitely work! They’re quite absorbent and quite thin considering how well they work, I didn’t really have enough leakage to necessitate the overnight version. I found them to be a bit too wide to be completely comfortable but they weren’t annoying, and were fine to wear. I do feel like they could be smaller and narrower, but perhaps that wouldn’t be as effective depending on level of leakage. I feel like the packaging surrounding the pad is discreet for carrying in a purse and these are great options for those with heavy leakage.
